From October to December 2018, Rue La La ran a “no final sale campaign” with the goal of making the holidays easier for our members by accepting all item returns. This included a printed direct mail piece, emails, and various onsite banners advertising the offer.

This long-form email was part of a pitch to secure a brand relationship with Cole Haan. The deck resulted in a successful partnership, and Rue has now run several Cole Haan Boutiques since.

For summer 2018, Rue La La ran a “7 days of free shipping” campaign for our top spending and most loyal members. This was AB tested against a “2 weeks of free shipping” offer, and the 7 days ultimately attracted more clicks. These were emails and onsite banners.

This was a printed insert that went out with 30,000 boxes delivered to Rue La La customers. The campaign ran the last week of December 2018, and provided members with a $15 credit.

Rue Gilt Groupe has several HR initiatives as well, and as the marketing designer I’m able to help them convey their message and advertise events. This is a poster and email sent out for our internal Instagram contest to help boast our social presence.
